Health with weight reduction

My problem is that both I and my husband are overweight. We do regular exercise in the gym, yet haven't lost any weight.

I had kidney transplant couple of months back. I want my health and new kidney to be hale and healthy.

Can you suggest any mantras for the above mentioned?
